With over 33 years of experience, Mr. Miller is a highly skilled and experienced Professional Engineer in the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Florida and District of Columbia. Mr. Miller is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society of Testing and Materials and the American Concrete Institute.
