Dr. Joel Schubbe, Ph.D. is one of CED Investigative Technologies Inc. (CED) material science experts as well as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the U.S. Naval Academy.  In prior endeavors, Dr. Schubbe was Deputy of the Airframe Design and Manufacturing Integrated Product Team and Chief of the JSF Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Team as part of the Joint Strike Fighter Office of the Navy. Dr. Schubbe's primary academic research areas include interdisciplinary research on elasticity and plasticity, finite element modeling, composites, linear algebra, mathematical analysis, statistical probability theory, and minor in heat transfer.
