CED Technologies Inc. Donates $3,700 to Saint Vincent DePaul for Christmas meals and Presents for families in Need
What is the spirit of Christmas? Most think of the holiday festivities or putting lights out in front of the house or shopping for the special gift for a loved one. But not for those in need. People in need are worried about providing food and clothing on a daily basis for their families.
This holiday season, CED Technologies Inc. raised $3,700 from employees and a company contribution to help support people in need through Saint Vincent DePaul in Derby Connecticut. With the contributions from CED, Saint Vincent DePaul is going to provide groceries and meals for over 60 families in need in the Connecticut Valley area. Additionally, Saint Vincent DePaul is going to provide Christmas gifts such as toys, bicycles, games and other gifts so that children of the 60 families can wake up Christmas Morning and have something under the tree to enjoy the holiday.
What is the spirit of Christmas? The people at CED and Saint Vincent DePaul get it, I am very proud to be associated with such a great group of individuals and volunteers.
