Background: 

Tony was raised in West Virginia and attended West Virginia University where he obtained a degree in mechanical engineering.  After graduation, he worked at Allegheny Ballistics Laboratory (ABL), a chemical plant located in western Maryland where he designed, tested and manufactured solid propellant rocket motors, aka a rocket scientist.  During this time, Tony obtained his PE license.

After working at ABL, Tony accepted a position as a consulting engineering working in the field of accident reconstruction, along with general mechanical engineering assignments.  Tony has been deposed numerous times and has testified in court for both accident reconstruction assignments and various other assignments.  During this time Tony became HAAG certified, to help with the numerous civil assignments that occur after catastrophic weather events.  In addition, Tony is a certified fire investigator.

Tony has provided consulting services for the insurance industry, legal profession, private companies, and individuals for over 14 years including large loss/scope of damage assignments.  He is licensed in 13 states and available to provide answers/resolution for various engineering questions.
