It can be a brand’s worst nightmare: defending your product and company’s good name in court. It may be a rare occurrence, but it is important to be prepared in case it happens to you. In this session on May 24, Dr. Richard will share the rigors and reality of depositions and trial testimony, as well as what your company needs to know (and prepare for) should a significant incident or fatality be associated with a product.
