Biography/Background

Samuel Clemens graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Prior to joining CED, Samuel worked as CAD Engineer and worked on several engineering projects while in school at UMBC.

At the CED Annapolis office, Samuel manages the laboratory and evidence facility.  He flies the drone for inspections and serves as a technician and mechanical engineer to support insurance claim investigation and legal case work.
